Traceability
FORSA is firmly convinced of traceability as a guarantee for food safety, aiming to ensure the quality of the product from the outset.
The European Union is engaged with ensuring the quality of agri-food production lines through Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002, which established the framework for food legislation within the European Union.
Likewise, the European Food Safety Authority established the need to control traceability on the part of the agri-food companies.
Traceability ensures the consumer greater control over the quality and safety of agricultural produce.
ISO Quality
At FORSA we work under the quality criteria established by the ISO. In addition, we have the ISO 9001:2015 certification on quality system and implementing Traceability programs.
